Children's Math World..con't

Today I want to continue back on the math I mentioned some time ago .. about how to make your children's interest in the field of mathematics. Like what you are willing to understand, mathematics is concerned in our lives all day, then .. parents should encourage children to relate it to the living world. Stories about the importance of money is one of the mathematical relationship with the natural life of a child. 

The following are the techniques that I may share with your children who have learning problems. Parents may adapt this knowledge at home because childhood learning in special needs is a long-term process. So that, you may use these techniques at home: 

1. Think things manifest technique: 

This technique may be used by parents who can impress on the cognitive problems of their children. Figuring things around us will manifest in childhood is easier to think quickly. You can imagine the situation in the kitchen. While cutting vegetables, you can send your children to think how much chilly is used by you to cook. If you are in the living room, you can jointly think the numbers of chairs and so on around your child. If every day you train your child's name and think,  your children can be able to think quickly when it is through the learning process at school..God willing.

2.  Counting Money:

Children particularly like the money. every day they would bring money to school, soparents need to be concerned about the dominance of mathematics their children so that they are not easily deceived. Familiarize the children by asking them to buy goods atshopping together. Parents can explain how the value of coins, banknotes and so on.Although these children have low cognitive level, but if parents can familiarize them with the activities of mutual help, they were able to calculate well and know the value of a thing.With money, the children will be wiser numeracy.

3. Using Video:

Usually, children are like the things that move. Therefore, parents must be sensitive to children's development with this technology world. They are exposed to various entertainment, songs and cartoons. You should take this opportunity to adopt technology in children's learning at home. Elements of music can make children are considering a number, color and many other mathematical elements. The easiest way, parents can obtain or download these videos on youtube site. for example:

Video was used by me to teach a student with learning disabilities (autism) and Alhamdulillah .. Pupils are quick to memorize the number and quick mention. You can also create your own video if you have knowledge in computers. These are popular technique performed by a special education school teachers to enable children to know math more quickly. There are many other techniques that may be show in another days. God willing..
